- 1d4chan: Wiki dedicated to tabletop gaming and 4chan's TTRPG board /tg/. Good (if irreverent) source for info on D&D history and other stuff.
- 2 Warps to Neptune: Archive for 'D&D' Category: "Surveying the GenX landscape and the origin of geek". Site has apparently been superseded by We Are The Mutants since 2016, but the D&D category has a wealth of info on ephemera including toys, accessories, fanzines, box art, interior illustrations, vintage photographs, colouring pages, etc. etc.
- Dungeons & Dragons at Parsa's Page: Downloadable PDFs of early core books for D&D, including Chainmail, the 0e books and supplements, and the Basic/Advanced sets.
- Dragon Magazine @ Internet Archive: A collection of (almost?) every issue of Dragon Magazine hosted on the Internet Archive.
- Dragon Magazine NPC Character Class list: A Dragonsfoot forum thread with lists of just about every class released for early D&D through Dragon Magazine, White Dwarf, Polyhedron, Judge's Guild Journal, 3rd party publishers, etc., etc.
- The Dragondex: A complete index to Dragon magazine.
- Dragonsfoot: The home of 1st Edition AD&D
- Dwarfstar Games: Fansite to Reaper Miniatures' Dwarfstar Games line, including downloadable PDFs of the games.
- Fantastic Medieval Adventures: Fansite for White Box: Fantastic Medieval Adventures, including the Eastern Expedition setting. Also has pages for other systems including Dungeon Crawl Classics, Basic Fantasy, and Labrynth Lord.

- J. Hanju Kim's Role-Playing Game Page: Includes an RPG encyclopedia and free RPGs.
- M.J. Young's Dungeons & Dragons Materials: A miscellany of early D&D materials, including AD&D 1e character creation rules, worldbuilding resources, an alignment quiz, martial arts rules, and a Christian defense of roleplaying.
- OED Games: Official website of Original Editions Delta, an OD&D retroclone and suppliments.
- Old School FRP: Tumblr of vintage RPG art and ephemera.
- Play-Generated Map and Document Archive: Digital archive of maps and other documents created by players of tabletop games. The original archive went offline in 2015 but the archived version linked seems functional. The project's home page is still up, as is the companion blog.
- Playing at the World: Blog of games historian Jon Peterson, including write-ups on early Dungeons & Dragons-related games.
- Taxidermic Owlbear: "randomly collected stuff related to Dungeons & Dragons", including character sheet and retroclone downloads and a lengthy comparative list of retroclone systems.
- TSR Archive: Archive of mostly TSR material. Also available is an earlier verison of the site.

- ChicagoWiz's Games: Old-school D&D blog. Michael Shorten's prior blog is available at ChicagoWiz's RPG Blog. Shorten also has downloadable files at Chgowiz's Google Site, including random generator, adventures, and the Siege Perilous Ultima RPG.
- Cross Planes: "A blog about Dungeons & Dragons, Roleplaying Games, drawing board for my adventure ideas and a log of those adventures."
- The Cryptic Archivist: Gaming blog. Really only on here because they did an article about The Maze of Peril.
- Delta's D&D Hotspot: "Math, History, and Design of Old-School D&D" blog from the creator of Original Edition Delta.
