Dwelling in hidden huts high in the rainforest canopy, the gentle Slorths make their homes. Resembling large, bipedal tree sloths, Slorths are slow-moving, slow-thinking, and often small-minded, but generally good-natured and kind-hearted. Few Slorths dare to leave the trees for the dangers below, but with a little experience and a supportive party, a Slorth adventurer's sharp claws, well-honed stealth, and unending patience can make for a formidable hero.

Age: Slorths reach maturity at around 15 years old and can live up to 110 years.
Alignment: Easygoing and easily contented, most Slorths are more concerned with their next meal than the greater goings-on of the world. Most tend toward Neutral alignments.
Size: Most Slorths stand between 4 and 5 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed: 20 ft.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Slorth.
Arboreal: Your climbing speed is equal to your base movement speed.
Claws: Your claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Mask of the Wild: You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural phenomena.
Slow and Steady: Your calm, steady-going nature can allow you to concentrate on overcoming obstacles even in the heat of battle, as long as you take your time. When you are in combat, you can gain advantage on one saving throw. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you move 0 feet on one of your turns. Forced movement, such as being shoved or pulled, counts as moving for the purposes of this trait.
Unleash the Moths: As an action, you can shake out your fur, dispersing a cloud of sloth moths that live within. Any hostile creatures within 5 feet of you have disadvantage on the next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw they make until the beginning of your next turn as the moths flock around and distract them. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
